Located at 164 Grójecka Street with a beneficial location in the neighbourhood of the recreational park “Szczęśliwice” constitutes a closed complex of residential buildings with sections for services. This object is characterised by variable height in certain parts of the building and a unique architecture seen from the side of the interior courtyard.
