Located at 153 Wolska Street, it constitutes a closed complex of a modern architectural design of six and seven-storey buildings with an underground garage and service part. The area is located in the suburb Wola, neighbouring Sowiński Park and in the neighbourhood of the shopping centre Fort Wola. The entire construction of the raw state has been done using reinforced concrete.
